We Help You Find a Local Provider

We handle the referral
Tommyspastries Septic connects homeowners with independent septic and sewer service providers. We do not pump tanks or perform repairs. The provider assesses the property, explains the proposed work, and supplies the quote. Your service agreement is with that provider. This matters when you have questions about the bill or the work itself.
Start with what happened
A request can be simple. Say what you noticed, where it happened, and when it started. You might need planned septic tank pumping. You might have a backup and no service records. Either way, you can ask for help without knowing the cause. Tell the provider if the problem is active or has happened before. That gives the conversation a useful starting point.
Give the provider enough detail
Your address and service needs help establish whether a local provider may be a fit. Availability and the provider's service area also matter. Mention known access limits, such as a narrow driveway or a buried tank lid. Providers in our network assess their own ability to take a job. A referral does not confirm an appointment or mean every requested service is available.
Get the scope onto paper
A price means more when you know what it covers. Ask whether the quote includes finding the tank, exposing lids, pumping, and disposal. For a repair, ask what testing is needed before the provider can price the work. Request a written quote with exclusions and possible extra charges. If more work is proposed later, ask for an updated price before agreeing. Keep a copy so you can compare it with the final invoice.
Set clear expectations
You should be able to ask a provider for plain answers about the proposed work. Ask who will arrive, what access they need, and how they handle changes to the quote. Confirm any credentials required for the job directly with the provider. Tommyspastries Septic does not supervise the work or set service prices. Questions about workmanship, scheduling, and payment belong with the business you hire.
Ask how referral payment works
Payment arrangements should be clear before you commit. Ask Tommyspastries Septic whether the referral involves a charge to you and whether a provider pays for the connection. Request the terms that apply to your inquiry. Do not assume a referral includes a site visit or inspection. The provider should separately explain service charges, deposits, and when payment is due. Ask for anything unclear to be put in writing.
Keep useful records
Photos, past invoices, and a tank location sketch can help explain the property. Share what you already have. You do not need a complete file to start. Note dates and keep the invoice after service. If you plan to speak with your insurer, ask what documents they need. A provider's assessment does not decide your policy coverage. Keep the referral details separate from the provider's quote and invoice.
Tell us what you need
Start with your address in Tallmadge or the Tallmadge area and a short description of the problem. Use the request form if you prefer to write it down. Request a callback to check provider availability. Once connected, ask the provider about the next step and any charge for it. You decide whether to accept the proposed work.
Tell us what happened
Describe the septic problem and share your location. Tommyspastries Septic can help connect you with a local provider to discuss availability and an estimate.
