Independent septic provider reviewing a written estimate beside a residential service truck

Last updated: October 2026

Tommyspastries Septic aims to treat homeowners fairly and honestly. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to complain and how we handle complaints. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You can raise a concern about:

  • Contact with Tommyspastries Septic, including your phone experience
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Site information that seems wrong or hard to understand
  • Conduct by a provider referred to you

Problems With Provider Services

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, usually start by speaking directly with the provider. Keep a written record of the issue and that contact.

Please tell us as well. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Tommyspastries Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Write to contact@tommyspastries.bar with these details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which listed number or form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what action you want us to take

How We Handle the Complaint

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the issue and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our reply does not address your concern, respond and request another review. You can also take your concern to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For complaints involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors, the state licensing board or local health department may be able to assist.
